more parts arrived today ,
fuel filter
2 bosch 044 pumps
adaptor for the preasure sensor
and the pumps assembled
and fitted the fpr
hopefully i should be ordering the fuel tank this weekend then just need the fittings and hoses to finish the fuel system of

finish wiring off
fluids
then book it in for engine loom and mapping , but found some track wheels so might end up buying them in the next week or so but then need to get them painted and tyres

custom made alloy tank with -6 fittings, then into the sytec filter then the ho;;ey pump then the swirl pow with -6 fittings, then into the twin 044 pumps and filter then onto the fuel rail then reg , back to the swirl pot and hose back from pot to tank

not realy mate , everyone thinks that but its taken me 2 and a half years and will of cost about £20 grand when finished so works out that i spend just over £130 a week on it so it can be done on quite a low wage as i spend all my money on it and nothing else

No before this I couldn't even change my breaks but once I took it all apart I had to learn how to put it all back together and if there is something I'm stuck on I have to go round to my mates garage and ask him

few more hours on it today , started routing the wires ,
ran the wires out the ebc and the water tamp in behind the wing
and back out here
then fitted the dash loom , wideband loom and the oil presure/boost presure loom just need to conect the powers and earths
enter the engine bay just below the inlet
and drilled the dash to fit the buttons for the dash and the gauge
also mounted the horn but no pics as its hidden behind the bumper
ordering the fuel tank, swirl pot and lots of electrical bits tomorow

bought some wiring bits, as need to make a loom up for the fuel pumps, horn, fan and also wire up gauges etc
small bix of bits lol
bit of wiring
some heatshrink
some braded loom wrap
some connectors
inline fuse holders,
conectors
relays
pvc loom wrap
also orded a fuse box but they forgot to include that so its on its way , orded the fuel tank and swirl pot yesterday and i should have that by the middle of next week

i envy you, some serious hard wok gone into this.
just stripping a car for parts is bad enough, let alone fitting it back together, nut and bolt at a time, whilst trying not to damage anything

well yesterday started with me putting some power to the loom, tried to see if everything worked but as i expected i have choped to much out so need to get a new loom, if anyone can help let me know, put some power to the wideband to make sure its blue and
bloody red, rang jav and he said send it back no prob so he is going to change it for a blue one, also put some power to the clocks to see what they look like
another parcel turned up today
14 gallon tank all foam filled
the straps
and how it will fit
then went to halfords and on the way back killed the diff in my vectra , so took the gearbox of, also killed the clutch and flywheel so bit of a expensive day today
