I think at a decent pace it's possible. May be a bit longer depending on weather and whether you get stuck behind people. At the moment I currently ride about 20 miles xc in hilly areas in about 2 hours but that's at a very comfortable pace.

Jamie you ride on the rd al the time 75miles off road in 6.5 hrs is very good it takes me 2hrs to do approx 20miles

75 miles on road would take me about 5 hours so I think I have been pretty generous giving myself another 1.5 hours!
