loose the mokey seat but if they angle it up so the exhaust gas passes the underside of the wing there could be some gains to be had, as well as potentialy re adding the monkey seat

Exhaust exit angle is one of the tightening up in rules this year, as blowing gasses to the diffuser has been RBRs golden goose for the last few years.

And they sound terrible. Like go karts.
Luckily aside from the total lack of oral orgasma, the racing is good. Otherwise the shit would have hit the fan.

Cool video, comparison between 2013 and 2014 pole time of Barca.
The time differential is excessive on this track imo due to the conservative tyre choice that Pirelli made (testing times on softer tyres are much more like it) so don't read too much time into the differential if you're a "2014 hater".
The best car of the grid still looks like an absolute handful, which is how it should be. Video's like this should be a major selling point of 2014 imo.

Good example of showing how much extra work the driver has to do, and how he can make the difference more now.
How it should be, more power than grip.

Hopefully it'll be a closer contest between the teams. But I doubt it.
What I'd like to see is Hamilton win but after a really good nail biting battle with Riciardo.

It always is at Monaco, so the streets can be re-opened on the friday so the local businesses can operate properly before the weekend or something like that.

It's so the other races can take place iirc.

What other races? If you're talking about GP2 and GP3 etc they're held at 10 or so other GP weekends too, and they don't have the thursday included.
Roads are re-opened on the Friday. Unless the racing you're talking about involves the UPS van I just watched bombing round Casino Square:

At some point it was a market day I believe, but now it's just to allow the local businesses to function.
I know it's still three days of closed roads no matter how you look at it, but the difference between three days on the trot and 1 day followed by break followed by 2 days is deemed more useful to the local businesses etc.

Historically it was due to the market back in the day according to wiki. But now as F1 has grown and evolved I am sure it was mentioned back in the itv days it was now because of the logistics of the paddocks and getting the cars for the other races too and from the circuit. This was when there was no new pit block.

Rosberg twat.
Although was there really a need for yellow flags there

I didn't think there was a need for yellows seeing as he went to the end of the escape road. But looking at Hamilton's on board footage, Rosberg had moved the car back closer to the entrance making yellows a fair shout.
I'm more annoyed as it all just felt really anti climatic
