Cheers Cal, running the plate in the window for now until either i get pulled by the police or i get the lower grill fitted. I'll probably end up making a couple brackets or something and have it in the grill recess or something. Undecided on whether to get a normal, 3/4, or a square plate.

Looks brilliant paul . That front end is fantastic . I quite like it with the black bonnet , I take it you will be painting it green though ? Also you planning on painting the rear arches and rear bumper top ? Top work buddy

Cheers Nath, yup, plan is to get it sprayed up rio verde, and pretty much all the trim will be going the same colour as the front bumper top/arches, obviously rear bumper, arches, skirts, scuttle, roof rails, even the washer jets and inside of the mirrors hopefully. Still lots to do, it's just a case of slowly working my way through it with my old man

Love the clearance picture

I haven't a clue how i'm gonna get mine as low as your's now!! Might have to get everyone to sit on bonnet.

Good work mate,love it!!!

Cheers Dan! That might be a bit of a hazard when driving tbh, to the people on the bonnet and the driver . I've been cruising about testing psi's for ride heights and i can drive through town with the exhaust scraping the floor, also been scraping the arches a bit, but i couldn't drive everywhere like that, would scrub and scrape everywhere lol

Thanks muchly Ad, tis crazy to think it was a complete mess last year, just goes to show what can be done. Still lots that i'm not happy with and bits that need doing, but it all comes down to time and stuff, just gonna keep working my way through it and hopefully get to where i want with it

that might do the trick! Yeah, the rear quarter is still matte from the repair from when the bitch drove into it, havent had a chance to get it done yet. Will hopefully be going to the bodyshop sometime to have that side blown in and a few other repairs and such. It's one of the major things that i'm really not happy with .

Drives really nice actually. Everyone seems to say bags handle like shit but tbh, feels very comparable to a coilover setup. It's a FBSS setup (independent control of each corner) so very stable compared to a FB setup (front and back up and down) as each bag has it's own air line feed it doesn't suffer from air transfer between bags like the FB setup does. I can still chuck it into corners when i want, bearing in mind i have a cav RARB which makes it better. Still have the adjustment on the front and rear shocks so can change from soft to hard if i want, i think i've got it about in the middle at the minute.

Wow.

Starting to see that car you were describing to me and Dan at mk and it looks fantastic!

EDIT:

Just come on the pc and saw the contrast here, is it the camera that's picked it up or is it like it in the flesh? (between the wing and door)

Cheers Darryl i did manage to describe it well enough then . Yeah that pic does make it look really bad, i think it's just amplified by the camera at that angle, doesn't look anywhere near that bad in person. I'm not too fussed with it at the minute as hopefully i'll be getting the sides blown in anyway so it should all look fresh

I have thought about it dude, just not top of my priorities at the minute, and as the one on it at the minute has no problems i may as well keep it instead of shelling out for another one when the money could be used on getting other stuff done y'know

I'm really pleased with the response this has recieved, so cheers everyone, spurring me on to get it done

Cheers Ben 5 doors always get mixed opinions, some people hate them, some people love them, they always get people talking though.

Well seeing as Billing was cancelled this weekend and me and the bro had been faffing about with the cars pretty much all week leading up to it, we thought it'd be rude not to go for a pic whoring session. So here's lots of pics for your viewing pleasure, enjoy!
