That is a lot of carbs, in fact its more than phase 1 suggests you should have in a day!

The p90x recovery drink has over 40grams in, but mine has 50percent more.
I bought it because it was the closest i could find to the p90x stuff, the site selling it was showing 48grams carbs
But i'm sure the tub says 65

Ahhh the tub says 60 grams per 100g serving, i use 80g servings which is 48 grams carbs, so not far off what the p90x stuff is

I will be having 20g of maltodextrin/dextrose mix as of tomorrow post workout. Might have to up it to 40, depending on how i find it.
Rest of day i try keep carbs low as possible, but still have some with most meals

Right, technically I'm starting week 4 (recovery week) ... I've not got the gains I wanted so far
But I've not been that dedicated, drinking a lot and occasionally eating junk.
I've got a fairly clear schedule for a while, so looking forward to ending this phase and starting phase 2 and seeing what results I can get with that.
Doubt I'll post any pics at day 30 as there's nothing much to see

Ben, no worries, I posted mine up hoping it would make it easy for others!
BTW - try to add some carbs in after your workout, I have a banana (large) which is about 30g of carbs.

Just finished day 1, i swear chest and back is the only one that makes me feel disorientated and sick.
Full steam ahead now, an hours rest then a game of football

Get a chair and use that, once you've done the first phase you'll soon be able to do some. No need to try and bust 20 (or even 1!) proper one out just yet!
Day 15.1 just finished - feel sick. Done more pull/push ups than last week, and close to double what I did the first week

Yeah man, read the planner
Ab ripper comes on automatically after day 1, 3 and 5.
If you can still run after the first time of doing those 3 then thats epic
