I have already said I will bung £20 into a pot for court action.
Furthermore, anyone wanting some generic parts off my car like doors, wings, boot, glass, black interior plastics or any other stuff I have about they can have for a small nominal donation into a 'court action' fund.

I have sent Ian a PM about the idea as I would feel a lot easier if it was an administrator of the site who had control of any paypal account like that so that people know I am not out to try and cash in on the situation.
I apprecaite he has a lot to do already but hopefully he will be willing to do it?

I would have to look that up, I would assume not as any evidence could be submitted in writing. I would have to check. I got stung for £45 by some prick in Devon for an R5GTT head. He didn't turn up so it automatically went in my favour (they have to attend your local small claims court!), IIRC it ended up at £285?
