Rob i fell your pain.
I am on most nights cruisings membership ran out so he wont be on till wednesday.
I got a cateraham stg 3 tuned last night and 2 gallardos gonna get the lamborghini acheivment.
Also one guy on my freinds list has unlocked the found every road acheivement

its gay, i only had the 1 month free trial 
ordered it off play yesterday though hehe
for anyone that wants it you can get xbox live for the year for £35 and 1000 microsoft points free too!
as opposed to the £40 with nothing free

Been playing this a lot this weekend and now up to 40% completed, just going through the Hitchhiker missions now which I hate as I keep crashing and having to start again!
Also upgraded our broadband this weekend so in a couple of weeks when we get the new wireless router, I'll be able to get onto Xbox Live BT said our connection speed will be around 3Mb, will this be ok for online play?

i should think so. my tiscali connection is 2mb and i dont think we even get that but never had any lag or problems when on live

I have ntl 2meg and that is fine.
I am paying 5 pound a month for my xbox live gonna cancel it and get the 12 month one i think

I've just unlocked Champion mode Fair chuffed but it said "You now have unlimited access to speed island" WTF is speed island are their races tracks hidden away somewhere? Need to get 120 gold cups to unlock the fastest car in the game, i'll be staying up late tonight WOOT

I managed to unlock it by buying 3 Lambo's and becoming a collector along with a ferari collector and a bike one and that did the trick. Where on the map is speed island then? I've never seen it before! Sounds cool as though
