No progress lately, some new tyres that's about it gave it a good blast on the way back to Glasgow today, was great fun, quite quick top end. I need to get a sun visor of some sort as the interior ones are no longer there due to the cage.

Booked on the rollers on Sunday, not sure what it'll make but I'll know the power before the cams go in atleast

Sounds like good plans!! Keep forgetting your running drum beam. Shame you weren't closer could of sold you the gti beam.

Was your ecu unlocked the by bluehawk or did you just yank the immobiliser box off whilst it was running?

I had laquer peel on the top of both wings and the bonnet, car was left with snow/ice on for 4 days as I didnt drive it and today when I took it to work and the snow melted I noticed it had got a lot worse there is now a patch the size of my fist missing on the drivers wing and loads more little ones on the bonnet looks like I'll have to get both wings and the bonnet sprayed after christmas now.

Yeah I love the 106 but at the minute it's not an every day car, I need a comfy every day car for a while. I'd rather not sell it but I think I'll have to.
