Another who knows very little about football, Bramble has vastly improved and it aint a bad signing at all
He's reasonably solid in defence and thats more than can be said about alot of players, bad sale for wigan, good signing for sunderland

@ Joe Cole. The poor little short arsed sod has been deceived by his agent.
'I have signed for the biggest club in England!' No, they didn't renew your contract - unlucky.

Agreed mate, agreed.
We're in for David James, I don't know what to think about that tbh.

James is still good for at least another season I reckon. Would make a good coach too after he finishes playing.

Yeah, it was on SSN and then they had a text that said 'This will be our year. Craig Stables, Manchester. Laaa!'
James would be a good option for Arsenal.

Arsenal should try prize Joe Hart from Man City. If they could guarantee first team football im sure he could engineer a move out. He isn't going to displace Given this season.

Hart needs to leave for the sake of his England career.

Yeah that's what I think as well. He was still quality last season, I think with all the modern sports science and stuff a lot of people forget players are peaking later.
Giggs winning the EPL player of the year and Weir winning the SPL player of the year a case in point.

Liverpool are a million times bigger than Chelsea, whenever their artificial wealth is removed they'll go back to being the run of the mill mid-table side they should be.

Don't get Wayne all flustered about the size of Chelski again. He'll do this:

I can't wait till he pulls out and the decline of tits up here wearing Chelsea shirts begins. Always found it rather strange how i never used to see anyone wearing Chelsea tops pre 2003...

Joe Cole....
"I have played in London all my life. I could have stayed at Chelsea because the fans loved me and I won things, but I wanted to challenge myself and when I knew Liverpool were interested it was a no-brainer because they are the biggest club in the country."
I'm sorry...but i'm not even baiting here. Liverpool are not the biggest club in the country. Man Utd are imo. And Arsenal are at least equal to Liverpool. FFS. Deluded.

That's why I'm against teams like Rangers and Celtic joining the English game, would be a shame to see such stature struggling in the Championship.
Chelsea have a better team, a better ground, a better manager, a better infrastructure, better fans, the double, Champions League football etc.
What have Liverpool got? History? Wow, the Aztecs have that, it's not much use now is it?

Good luck.....Remy in to replace I reckon.
But we need a bloody decent keeper. I'd take James for a season or two then move him into a coaching position.

Liverpool have the same thing Celtic and Rangers have got and the same thing every big club have got, millions of fans.
The one constant a football team will ALWAYS have is its fans, Russian fuck pigs and fat American wankers come and go the fans will always remain.

in fairness if he wanted to sign for the biggest club in england he'd be at spurs right now but we dont need him anyway. he would be more of a treat for the bench rather than a necessity.
