He shouldn't be, another vastly over rated striker.
I wish some cunt would buy Higuian and stop going for second rate strikers for millions more

I don't understand why RM would let him go.
Ronaldo aside, all they have is Benzema as a forward.

To Arsenal for that much?! There's not a chance Wenger would pay that

Cesc to Utd won't ever happen.
AW said in the press conference the other day that due to our first refusal clause he is monitoring the situation. I reckon as soon as Barca agree any deal and therefore he is available, we will be straight in for him via the clause.
That said, anything can happen but this is one thing i'm 99% certain of. Don't think Cesc would go to United either. He's no RVP.

just reading today's headlines and I have to say I always seem to actually laugh a little at myself whilst reading them, in today's sun it says arsenal last night bid £40 mil for Suarez only to be told off Liverpool they now want £55 million

Not that I'm saying its happening, but it depends if Arsenal can match a bid by ourselves/justify matching a bid.

I don't think matching the bid is an issue, justifying it maybe? Might mean Utd end up paying way over the odds.
We also get 50% of any sell on fee, so its win win in a way. But i'd cry if he went to Utd.

I'm starting to think there's a bit more of a chance of Fabregas joining than I first thought. I don't think Arsenal will come in for him, that would be too obvious for Wenger. He doesn't do that kind of thing

Might be shit, might not be. He is worth a lot more than Cavani though...

Very much this. This windows has been ridiculous for made up shit. I blame the lack of top transfers so far and some of the bigger clubs still yet to come into the mix

Even if we had to spend £40m on him, he's still the better all round option that Suarez for me. Longer we dick aroudn though, the longer we leave for everyone else to realise how good Higuain is, the less chance we have of signing him. Be surprised if he goes to Napoli but Chelsea like to steal our transfer targets from under our noses
