well done to everyone who does it themselves.
but your car's a shed....
in your eyes maybe, but having only spent 2 grand on the whole thing most of which was swallowed up by wheels and stereo i think ive done quite well.
mate just spent 7k having custom bodykit fitted and painted in some flash paint, now thats silly if you ask me. esspeically as its an m reg 1.2 8v merit.

you can't comment because it is a bad picture. from a distance the paint however the eyebrows are completly gay and the fit under the light is not particularly great

light brows no longer exist, gap is sorted, at that point in time is was only attched using 4 out of the 9 mounting mounts, now it uses all of them, bumper had to keep coming off so i wasnt gonna put them all on.

One word Andy, DOUNE!
Your car is one of the few that is capable(in the right hands)of beating my 6 year old class record.
This club has test days at Kames - perhaps you should come down Dave and take her round the track yourself to see what you think?

kris, not everyone has time/space/skill to do work on the car themselves, if they know how they want their car and work hard at their job in order to be able to afford to get their car how they want it, I don't see the problem.

kris, thats a little narrow minded...
i think if you can do it yourself, then really well done to ya... if you cant, but still drive in a phat car. then again well done to ya..
To say you have no respect for people who haven't done it themselves is a little sad.....
I wish i could do stuff myself, but i have the skills to do it..

ok maybe i was a little harsh, but i would give a lot more credit too someone that has done minor mods themselves, than someone who has just given a bodyshop thousnads of pounds. if i hadnt done bits myslef i would drive round a near standard corsa, not for lack of funds, but i dont like getting ripped off, justs just the way i am though.

stubbsys ( even if he is one of my best mates - still gotta admit its damned nice)
Clare Rs - love that car
Beardys -for being Beardys
Andy Hamiltons
Jaffas/shrews corsas - for al lthe unique little touches
Kennis - love the interior
probably my favourite at teh minute is S_inmans - for being different and 2 tone
if I was to have an absoloute favourite
It would be my car, with a one off audi abt tt/corsa rear; stubbsys interior; S_inmans 2tone but silver top and cossie corsa coloured bottom, Jaffas bonnet and morretes, bad boy boot like wezjax, and smooth roof rails, (doors and boot etc, but mines got all bar the roof rails neway)
oh and a c20let or twin engined corsa like some1 on here ( wonder who) was thinking about
