yep, i've had to do my car like this..... moulded in skirts... etc! what i really meant was i'd like to be able to take it off the road to do some bigger jobs to it, maybe a light conversion, but obviously cant do this as it would take me longer than a weekend,
I know what you mean about turning heads, i was driving down the road and people are like, WTF there goes a black corsa with yellow bits all over it!
My old vaux nova was the same, i think that was 7 different colours at one point. but i havent ever been able to do anything outrageous as i only have space to store one car and its gotta be a daily drive.

yea, ripped plastic arches off and welded bits of metal on to make my own
front arches are similar to normal ones i guess just sit about 1/2inch lower than normal! also they wont crack cos they are metal where as think its tough to stop plastic arches cracking when u smooth them in!
the rears are bout 1.5-2inchs lower also and it wont catch at all there is also about 5ml between the arch and the wheels!
gonna try phoning round for some lights now!!! iaz

What wheels are u planning on putting on it?
Are you going to be smoothing in the front and rear bumpers?
Have u thought of moving the filler cap to the door or boot?

keeping these wheels, wheels cos money and that is summit this project is not about spending! 2.5k is the limit including the car EVERYTHING!!!
not gonna smooth the front and rear bumpers cos the front is so low i know its gonna hit ground sooner or latter! its possable to get jagcorsa on are trailer no problem i had to take the bumper off to get it over the front part on trailer!
i did think bout the filler cap, wanted to move it to behid the boot lid where the rear light was but dont think i am gonna do it now just leave it as it is!!! wud make it look smoother tho! wot u doing on your monster at the mo ashley?? think your interior wud look nice in the car.......will swap you for standard sport interior.................... cant get fairer than that

Looks mint, i'd do away with the V at the front though!
Some quality work going into that, i look forward to seeing the final result!

yea i know, was thinking to smooth the holes over and got some m3 electric mirros coming cos they were cheap! so i was thinking to be different to weld plates onto the doors where baseplates go to make a straight pannel smooth etc, then but mirrors up and mod them so all the baseplate is gone and get rid of the springy bit also and screw then straight to the car!!!
then maybe put indicators on there somwhere, where else could i put them??? side skirts??? iaz

could you mount them in the vents at the bottom of the front bumper, the bits that go like this ///
as long as there really bright that might look quite neat
