until the government make employers pay much better wages a lot of people will always be better off on benefits
and dont say they have because the national minimum wage is a joke

£84 a week in cash benefits yeah, but what about all the others.
Whats it got to do with you though? £330 a month isnt a lot im sure most people spend more than that on themselves a month or on their cars.
Whats it got to do with me...last time I checked my taxes went to pay for benefits!
And its £330 a month cash benefits, rent is free. And wouldnt mind betting there are other non-cash benefits.

who pays your rent?
council why?
which would be how much a month?
Dont matter how much they still pay it as I dont work
Would have to pay it if I worked
I often wonder how you afford these BMW's, supercharged Corsas and considering R33's when you don't work and get handouts off the council

agreed, thats why so many people stay on benefits as they get so many they are so much better off than if they had a job. Im not complaining about people doing it, its the system that is at fault not them.

Yeah i pay my taxes too but im not gonna start complaining to people who are single parents that dont work because they would like to spend time with their child or would recieve less money from going out and working and then not seeing their child grow up.
there are people that dont want to go to work, karen has already said she is looking at going back to work.
People will always be on benefits as long as the government offers them.

Im not on benefits so wouldnt know. Just remember doing it all on my Economics course and the non-cash benefits normally out weigh the cash benefits.

I fu bothered to find out u would know Iv worked since I was 16, only stopped working a year ago when Rhys was 1. I saved loads from my old jobs, sold my tigra for alot of money and bought another car with the money and saved the rest. Never spent anything on doing up any cars when I stopped working

there was a couple in the paper last week with 12 kids and they both work full time(good on them)guess how much better off they would be if they claimed benefits 3 fucking grand

Yeah, I said above I agree with this and think its the system that is at fault.
But (and I dont mean to single you out Karen as lots of people do it) when someone isnt working and they are on benefits because its better off for them, why are they able to spend so much on luxuries such as cars!!

I am digging at people. Get a job you lay-about pieces of crap. I don't care about your circumstances or if you have kids.

people who get benefits for what ever reason have the right to spend that money on whatever they wish just like you can spend your wage on whatever you decide to.
