running on from the conversation on performance on vtr's, would people consider paying the extra and going for the vts rather than the vtr to tune, is it worth it ?

vts are faster . . . and can tune alot more

I'd rather have the 106 GTI, not as common as the VTS but thats in its favour hence why there so cheap to buy now

cool, been looking at corsa c sri mostly for everyday use and wanting a project such as a corsa b or vtr to tune for weekends

corsa b would have to be a 1.6 or a 2.0 red top for any performance.

As for the vtr bugger it mate, if you want a real slag get a 106 Rallye 1.3 absolute beasts. Then you can try and compete in the low litre races.

yeah the project i hope to get wil be a 2.0 corsa b sleeper and a corsa c sri for everyday

tbh, if your making a track slag then insurance isnt a problem why dont you put a 2.0 LET in or even a C36GET in there . I heard they are an absolute beast for the track.
