Bought a few things for the house off ebay too...
TV stand (£38) and coffee table (£35) for the lounge
PC desk for my room, gonna need something better for uni work than the pc on the floor and the keyboard on the side of my bed where it is at the moment
and a bean bag chair for my room but im sure it will end up in the lounge too now and again
Think im gonna go for red and cream in the lounge but still not 100% sure.
My dad offered to get a hosuewarming present like a washing machine or something similar, but i persuaded him to get me a 90" electric screen for the projector instead Ordered it two days ago from germany off ebay and it came today, well impressed! Gonna mount the projector to the ceiling again like i had in hereford, but as the floorboards are already up for the spotlights i can run the cabling through the ceiling. Already got power ready for the projector and screen too, so should look pretty tidy.
Fish seem happy in their new home, its been pissing it down allll day and im off to pendulum tonight so cant see anything else getting done till sunday now but ill be sure to update with more progress

Projector is gonna be moutned on the ceiling above that picture. Just put the screen up on the opposite side
Curtains there at the moment are just hanging up to block the light out, still need to cut them in half and fix them properly, and the power cable for the screen will be going up into the ceiling connected to the mains, already got a junction box wired up there under the floorboards waiting, Im well pleased with it Anyway, off out in a bit for Pendulum!

Progress slowed down quite a bit now cos im back at uni, but fitting stuff in between lectures! Got the insulation in the ceiling above my room in, wired up the projector and motorised screen into a spur we wired in upstairs through the ceiling in my room and got the floorboards back down.
The wires trailing down from the projector are the component video and hdmi cable going to my PC, both will be hidden in trunking on the ceiling and run down in the corner of my room to make it look a lot neater
Also got sky plus with multiroom installed, so i got sky in my room Rang up today and got a spanish current affairs/news channel put on there which should help a lot with practicing for my degree
Still got to put the curtains up though
Bit more work done on the pond too, got it filled about 4/5 of the way to where it will go, got one pump, 2 filters and the first of the fish in there...
Also dug out the trench for the stream, and buried the return pipe in it for when we want to cut off the stream over the winter.
View of the pond site with the pond on the right, stream on the left and far left is where the top pool will be.
and finally the top pool which will be full of plants to help with the water quality mainly, but will also mean we have another bit of water up the top part of the garden and its always nice to have

Got the top pond made and the return pipe in it, just waiting for the sealant to dry before we fill it. Also got the stream built and runnin, obviously need to finish off the edges properly and put some stones in it, but its coming along
