The wiring is taking a bit longer as we have junked the fuse box and all wires that are not used. There will be a 16 port fuse box and 7 relays fitted to a plate where the glovebox would be.
Well started to put my new build together got engine and box in then strutts and brakes on. Tried setting up gear change but cant get 1st 2nd or reverse so the cluster is out to get checked looked a sc gears and all looks ok so hope its not a costly repair.

Tomorrow will get brake and fuel lines in, exhaust manifold rad and hoses on.

Its starting to get there but the wiring is taking up more time than exspected.
Needs to get wiring finished then seats, belts, gaurds and tracking setup. Then its going to the paint shop and getting decals, needs to be ready for next event at Mira 12th April i hope.

Didnt get carbon inner arches more ££ that isnt required, 4/5 cwp in the quaife box.
As for the calipers it cost around £700 to get them on the car with Pagid blues plus i have to use 15" wheels.

Had a great run finished 20th oa 3rd in class. Wiped out four tyres at £140 each but was worth it.

Stages were good but a few to many tight 90s, the crack was good and the weekend was excellent. Cars getting new uniballs, front HH struts are getting re bushed, new top mount bearings and the box is out for a check over.

Next event Cheviot on Otterburn, when you out next?

Excellent result, I guess there was no catching Mr Gwynne in the Saxo then?!!

I'm out at the Patriot Stages at Caerwent next Sunday, then the Peter Lloyd stages at Pembrey the weekend after!! Last 2 for this year. Good luck for Otterburn, I've always wanted to compete there, maybe next year!

Mr Gwynne is on another planet 7th overall!!! But it is a kit spec car compared to a clubby Corsa. Good luck for the next two.
