Fantastic mate! What colour you spraying her? White again? Don't think that Gold colour that was on your old Nova would suit it much haha.
Im guessing your renting the garage space off a friendly farmer or something?
Keep up the good work

If you have a browse back through the thread Neil, you'll see the front bumper that i've put a bit of paint on!! A nice orange. Will go well with the tinted perspex and white wheels.
The friendly farmer is my other halfs, grans place!!

UPDATE 2nd April:
Spent another tedious day scraping seam sealer off and priming arches and sill! Dad popped over and stripped everything off the engine of the Nova, so the engine is ready to lift out.
So, passenger side rear arch and front arch are completly sealer free, so too is the passenger side sill, and also rust free.
Drivers side front arch is ready to be primed and then onto the drivers side rear arch which is yet to do.
Anyway, only a few boring pics today:
And actually managed to get some paint on the section of roll cage that comes through the suspension turret

UPDATE:
18th April '07
Worked on the car pretty much all day Monday and here's what we did:
The day started like this:
Better pics of inside with wheel and seat temporarily in place:
Harry Hockly gearbox mounts:
Fuel pumps mounted in position in the boot:
Starter panel in place where it'll finally go:
Boot area prepped and all holes covered:
And how it looked when we'd finished (dad started picking his way through the loom and rewiring aswell!!)

UPDATE: 23rd April
Had half a day to work on the car today and dad came over again to lend a hand and got a few bits and bobs done.
Firstly made a template for the bracket for my vertical hydraulic handbrake:
Then cut out some metal, welded it together, and finished the edges off:
Also made a template for my fuel compartment in the boot area, cut out metal and tacked it in for now (as we ran out of gas for the welder!!! Oops.)
The drilled the holes ready for the rivnuts to be fitted:
Managed to get a plate made for the starter panel:
And that was pretty much it for today. Dad also got some more of the wiring figured out, got the ECU temporarily fitted in the passenger footwell and worked out where all the wiring has to go.
Fun fun.
Hopefully inside will be sprayed next week (fingers crossed!)

Looks odd with 2 handbrakes
Whats the benefits of making the compartment in the boot?Could you not just mount it using brackets?
