Oli/Rachel, who did you email at TV? I had to send a couple before eventually getting a reply. Just send it again and see if they reply

have a look in halfords if you havnt already, i spotted a few copys there last month but unsure on what issue it was.. they probably had some old ones left and thought they could sell them lol.. OR sign up online for them like i did
