Well youd both be in first, the lights would change to green, youd both accelerate away and the Civic would leave you?
I do diagrams too y'know?!

Love it, saw one in the flesh lastweek on my way to a club. Parked my car up the carpark and walked back just to look at it
Was also in that colour, looked phat.

standard wont, cant beat them but i can keep with them, fuck all in it, but as i dont have my remap done yet i wont go there
so you may gain 5 BHP with a remap so you will be still about 20 BHP behind and very similar torque

S2000 doesn't have the torque of comparable cars but doesn't suffer because of it. Differant driving style.

I think the 20 BHP may have something to do with it and the fact the civic can put down the power better and the torque figures are very similar
Keep it coming its very entertaining for us all at work here

no as i have a different inlet manifold, and a complete exhaust system/decat, PTFE inlet gaskets, BMC and then have my cams/remap done which should see between 185-190bhp when back on the road,
so about 5-10bhp MAX in it, i fail to see how i will have my arse handed to me

what with no evidence this is nearly as bad as people thinking a corsa with 20xe can thrash a 106 gti

civic owners also changed them as it stops heat transferring to the inlet manifold and heating the air entering the engine.
stop trying to be smart jr,

a) The Civic has a better suspension setup, Honda Type Rs ALWAYS handle perfectly, all of them.
b) The Civic engine is on the other side of the gearbox to yours, meaning the engine leans forward under acceleration, not back, thus increasing the load on the tyres, meaning more traction
c) The Civic has an LSD
d) The Civic does 0-60mph in 6.4 seconds, the 306 does it in 7.2, according to the manufacturers figures.
Would you like more?

Show us your evidence then
BTW a manifold gasket mod, do you sell them on ebay
(I don't care if I look silly to anyone who buys into this but how much difference can a fucking gasket make please)
