yup fee is correct if you spend over 6 months out of the country you have no tax to pay

i also think there is an option of voluntary tax after that also but cant really see who is going to pay that

Yes but you SHOULD be paying tax to somebody... but i guess if u move around enough it will be hard for authorities to keep a good track of u!

voluntary NICS to keep ur pension entitlement uo to date and shes not quite right, as said, you should always be paying someone tax...

inland revnue are chumps they take ur money pay you no intrest and then make you fill out forms to get it back

Fee - its not the same for everyone... It's because i dont really work on land i think. seamans tax relief. My Ma and Da still get hammered for UK tax and they are out for more than 6months.
