to be honest i cant veiw the vid cos im at work, but it does sound like the boy has been a bit of a CUnt,
people seem to be going over board though. maybe he needs to see this thread and be told to stop being a fanny, if he listens then its all good, if not and people witnese him doing this again or more videos appear, then police time,

to be honest, if his driving was that dangerous / risky at the time, then someone who was ACTUALLY there would've reported him...
imo it looks a lot more risky than it is. For example if on overtaking, he had run out of road, either A ) he'd of slowed down and pulled in or B ) the camera car would've slowed down and let him back in...
Yes it's stupid... but waste of time telling the police, it wouldn't hold up in court as it does not show who's driving. Or even exactly who's car it is (no reg plate).
I've seen far worse than this on youtube... look for some greek people driving a 106 gti on their motorway  they nearly crash it 10 times at least cutting in and out of the traffic! they should imo be done.
