think 50, 40's might be ok not sure wether to let it wear that bit of moulding away itself, or cut it, but i dont really wanna be hacking the inner archs on a 7k car thats only a few years old, maybe a corsa or 106 then yes

Nah don't do that Get 40, or 45 profile tyres, so that they're roughly the same outside diameter as the 16's. Then if you can, sell those tyre's on the 17's on Ebay.

ok having looked at it again, its not that bad, its JUST catching on a bit on the back of the arch, a few mm off would sort it, or like you say new tyres, i might just let it wear a tiny amount away then it will be fine

its the backs that are spaced in, as standard the are tracked in a bit frmo the front, gonna get some 20mm spacers for the rear
although its not as noticable in real life

looks alright that front arch where the front bumper is looks a bit strange but is a 100x better than the other wheels.

took it for a quick drive, its rubbing slightly still but lower profile tyres will deffo sort it out

might sort some -35mm eibachs too
