Wouldn't go more than 40mm on stock shockers though.

Was looking at some lowering springs for £59.00 off here http://www.tuning.co.uk/vauxshop/
But at the Rimstyle they have 40mm GMAX springs for £66 saw the price in issue 81 of TV (the one Jamesvalvers corsa was in) Is that a decent price for springs?

Oh btw what paint did you use to paint the cav GSI alloys? And did you spray them with a spray gun?

Right, after a lot of heatgun, tar remover, paint stripper action and a SHITLOAD of sanding the rear is stripped and ready for paint
The spare wheel well was rusty around the drainage holes so I rubbed it down and brushed some hamerite rust protecting/preventing/treating paint over the spare wheel well floor as this is going to be covered by the spare steelie. If I can find a GSi wheel on ebay I'll have that as a spare when I get some cash
some work in progress pics, enjoy:
Cheers

The black plastics that hold the rear parcel shelf and rear cards are going back in when finished. These weigh bugger all and will tidy it up a bit
But not 100% sure yet whether to put them back in or not.

Sprayed gloss black, so happy with the results!
Just got the laquer to apply and rear plastics/rear cards to refit then job's good.
Then look for some bucket seats

started putting the cards and plastics back in and it doesn't look that good with a stripped rear and interior mix and match so the interior is all going back in, at least I'll know that it's all mint underneath the interior
