woodwardsbodyshop has sent the funds on paypal but paypal have put the money on hold pending investigation! Had to give some basic info to them on the website, waiting for woodward to now.

Log into your paypal mate and it should appear as a payment from him. You should get an email as well methinks.

moneyclaimonline.gov i have used this before in the past with a suzuki dealership. if they dont admit liability or reply the bailiffs will go round and sieze items. this would be your best bet. 100% you'll get your money back this way.

I'd be very reluctant to accept paypal now, if the finds are under investigation, he will have got the money by some fraudulent way, so even if the payment was sent to you and you withdrew it, paypal could quite easily stick your paypal account in debt and hassle you with debt collection etc

Best bet now is to get round the guys house
