i wasnt picking on him. so shut up. is it wrong to have an opinion that i think the black petrol cap is hardly a modification? no. its an opinion.

he has brought it on himself IN MY OPINION. is that ok with you? or are you now going to join the "crying" bandwagon.

I couldnt be bothered to shop people for not having tax.

If it's driven every day they will be caught anyway, ANPR picks up if theres no tax.

as someone said earlier, the fine for gettin caught is so little that its actually worth trying to get away with it, same with insurance. i can actually understand why people drive around with no insurance. even if you get caught 2 or 3 times a year it can still work out cheaper then being legit

I think the point that you people who say not to "grass" are missing is the fact this car is parked in the same car park. Which means it goes in/out everyday and if there is a slight crash/knock etc the untaxed car probably doesnt have insurance etc.

Not as if hes just seen it on a random street etc

Just because its not taxed doesnt mean its not insured though, the guy might be finding it hard to pay the stupid amount of tax.

And say he needs his car for work, what would you rather him work and drive illegal or dont work and claim benefits, guess he cant win

And before someone says if its not taxed insurance is void, thats bollox.

So he cant afford the £110 per year tax but can afford the surely minimum £300 per year insurance. £40 M.O.T. etc

Your clutching at straws here to make said person seem like its ok...
