Corsa_Quadz- sorry they only come in the one colour polished aluminium. There are no kits left at the minute but I am making another batch at the minute so I will let everyone know when they are done.
Steve- That is a good point, I am not familiar with the layout of the 1.2 16v and also dont know if the engine was restricted in the same way as the sports so I will have to take a look at one of them and see what is possible!

I do them at a reasonable price because at a higher price I would sell less of them thats all. Hopefully have the next batch done within the next couple of weeks

I've just had a look in my haynes book. It's doesn't show you much in there. You'll just have to take a trip to the scrappers and see what you can find out there.

thats ok mate, ill have the exact money by the 23rd of this month, so if they are ready made by then ill be snapping one up! Could you just give me a rough idea of the gains i could expect on a 1.4 16v engine?? thanks mate

The gain on a 1.4 16v will be between 15 and 20bhp depending on what else is done to the engine, mine made 131.5 proven on the rolling road and does a 16sec quarter mile which I think is respectable (it is a 1.6 tho). The other things done to the engine are exhaust system, exhaust manifold and performance filter. The new inlet manifold works on the same simple principle as the mantzel one so the power gains are good for such a simple mod. Hopefully they will be done for that date, I am waiting on the welder welding them up for me at the minute.

I left the inlets up with the welder on monday so they should be ready by this weekend fingers crossed, if not next week then. I will u2u the ppl who have expressed interest first and then post up here if there are any left so the ones who have contacted me have first dibs.
