not had my refund yet either,48hrs my arse,i will be going to the bank monday to find out what if anything they can do about it,may also pay a visit to v-sport/pd tuning.as people have said if they have just bought the premises why is daves fabia all stickered up with pd tuning?you would have to be stupid not to think he/they are trying to pull a fast one on us.

I just cannot see the reason why someone that organises a group buy, watching this mess doesn't clear up things.. Yes shit happens but always paying customers should be treated as humans.

Just to wade in with my 2 penneth worth
Is it not worth issuing a small claim against him? If it goes to court and he shows up, you hopefully get your money back. If he doesn't, you win, you can get your money back, if it doesn't go to court, it hopefully gets resolved.
May be an idea for those of you with proof of payment.

I know absolutely fuk all 1st hand,but ive read it and it seems pretty clear cut to me.
Guys took money from customers,who to this day havnt got it back.Seems the same to me.

well, i was told that he supposedly returns on wednesday, so i suggest that everyone who has paid phones up and keeps phoning until they get an answer.
i know its hard if your at work etc, but you need to do it whenever you can!
What Dave has done is no different from having the cash stolen from your pocket (well, until the refunds finally arrive)!

i phoned, pretty sure dave answered and i gave him a number so Mike can phone this afternoon. he said that it had nothing to do with him and it was the responsibility of the owner of PD Tuning.
