C20LET is stupidly complicated compared to the ZLET conversion.. The ZLET is plug and play by comparisson. Not even sure why people bother using the CLET block, its a relic!

Damm powercuts, I was typing a reply before I got cut off.

Anyway, basically people buy the engine. Talk to a number of people, realise that the conversion is well beyond their abilitys and then sell all the parts they have got.

Did you expect anything less than "LET FTW, no XE FTW, why bother? My M8s LET kills scoobies etc?"

Actually, i was looking in Projects earlier, might have been the LC dude posting in this post, 1.8 16v B? Great post, more technical information in that post alone (love the electrical diagrams images) than i see in others combined.

Still, bikes ftw You cage drivers you

Davey is an excellent addition to this website, his knowledge of Vauxhalls knows no bounds, especially the tricky side of things.

Its not about being called a bullshitter! I just think knowledge like that should be out for the masses! I know lots of people are out there making money on the fact that the majority dont know how but they are still going to get business as some people arent up for a engine conversion regardless of how many guides/photos/diagrams they have!

Totally agree! The money should be made from helping people not just keeping the whole thing a secret, I'm quite happy to disclose things I've worked out for free and at the same time I'm happy to do the work myself for the right price.
