mate i been told that them switch's aint a proper kill switch as such, you take the corsa key out of the barrell, then take the red key out if you just take the red key out u'll kill the alternator because its still charging. thats what i got told im sure u'll need a proper F.I.A kill switch but just ask a racing specialist bud.
Oh just wanna say thanks for the pics of the bonnet raisers made them and fitted last week end looks cool

the kill switch is only there really to mount wires from the battery in the boot to the starting system off the car.
the alternator cannot charge the battery if its not connected to it.

plus the ecu main power feed is connected to it so the ecu will not run as it has no power to receive info from crank sensor ect

made a small bit of progress on ths corsa today some subtle body mods to the mirrors.
just made them smaller!
corsa b mini mirrors lol...
cut 4.5 cm's out from the middle
glued two edges together and held with tape untill glue dryed,
then strengthend and fibreglassed the two halves together to make a stumpy mirror!
im pretty happy with the results may not be to every1s taste but i fink its deffrrent
just need to trim the mirror down on the grinder at work and do the other side, will get them painted later on.
