work in Accounts Receivable. Basically allocate money to invocies on the system, take credit card payments, raise invoices, and do account recs etc

But today we are clearing down the scanning system as there is loads of crap that was scanned months ago still sitting there

Whats going rate to charge for re-installing XP on a laptop

XP
Install SP3
Usual free software (adobe reader / java / etc)
AVG Antivirus
Install all drivers

Usually don't charge anything neighbour just fetched it over but its for someone he works with not him so wanting to charge as don't even know the bloke!
