tbh, you showed it upfront, but your defending strength in depth is shocking!

Tevez deserves to be at united imo, i didn't think so a few weeks ago but he was excellent against villa, tracking back when ronaldo wouldnt
Park and o'shea are good squad players, but get shown up when they've been made to play every week
Neville should retire, now, scholes is on his way out also

I think you'll find our defensive strength in depth is
Agger, Arbeloa, Aurelio, Skrtel, Degen and Dossena all been out for decent spells this season.

Anyone who could even think Tevez doesn't deserve his place at United is an absolute muppet.
Hardest working player on the pitch. He'd be my first choice striker tbh.
Muppets.

i dont want to slag off any united players but o'shea is nowhere near good enough, in any position. he panics on the ball too often and ends up just kicking it aimlessly, and he cant pass for toffee anyway.
as much as it pains me to say it, scholes and neville are past it, and park is a decent squad player but not good enough to start a champions league 1/4 final game in my opinion.
i like tevez but would have reservations about spending £30 million on him, really would like him to stay though.

tevez doesnt deserve his place IMO, he doesnt do enough on the pitch, running around working hard doesnt make him good enough to play for united, hes got to hit the back of the net more if he wants to be a Forward.
i just dont rate him and i think utd should spent the money on a out and out Forward, who just sits in the box and scores goals instead of running round the pitch like a headless chicken chasing everything that moves!
just my option tho!

they had an out and out striker in van nistelrooy and as many goals as he scored they were better when he left as they had to play a certain way to get the best out of him, get it down the wings and get the crosses in, got too predictable in the end. i prefer the way they play with more freedom now, it would be nice to have an out and out striker as an option, but which top class striker wants to sit on the bench and only play now and again?

If they want a lazy shite who just sits in the box then they can have Kris Boyd.. Id be willing to swap him for Rooney. In fact.. I'd even throw Nacho Novo in as a deal sweetener.

Ronaldo was utter shite, 2 goals at the weekend followed up by that shower of shite last night. Every time he got the ball he softly passed it to a Porto player. I knew his free kick had no chance either, you can tell by the way he approaches the ball wether he is going to deliver it with real force and accuracy.
Vidic wasn't at his best, but did come close with a header, but his overall defending wasn't up to scratch. Evans was sloppy but he can be forgiven as hes been outstanding when ever hes played but don't forget hes still relatively young.
Rooney is really on form at the moment so no complaints about him and Fletcher always seems to really up his game in Europe, vastly under rated by none United fans as hes not always a starter/doesn't have the goal scoring expolits of other midfielders but his actual midfield play is very good.
Neville wasn't too good, he did deliver one hell of a ball in to the box though! I'll leave that there as he didn't do anything else whilst he was on.
As for Tevez not running back, do you not pay attention when you watch United? How often is he out of position, chasing back, marking someone. Look at him last night when he defended the ball right back with a sliding tackle. He also came off the bench and scored what would have been a match winner had our defence not fucked it up. I'm sure Cosmoan will agree that Tevez deserves his place.
Portos 2nd goal has fucked up our chances of survival and I really can't see us progressing now.
