I do like the FRS but am sick off hearing how amazing Revoknuckle is
Renault have been using the same technology for years so why dont they go mad over the 225 sport

Great!!!
So its just a focus with a volvo engine basically, they had their chance to make it special and they blow it big time.
Still like them though.

I gess the use an ATB as a clutch type lsd would need quite abit of maintenance over time.
There realy isnt much "new technology".
I still think there an amzing car, but nothing special realy.

Untill the focus COSWORTH is released, its not fair to compare the RS to the escos. The escos was a purpose built homologation machine. The only fair comparison for the FRS is the ERST.

No, just sick of reading about them.
Its not revoloutionary, its awesome yes. But just a focus.
The cossie was the UK's Mustang. Most colour afford to buy, not amazing in standard form, but thats the point, you buy the upgrades and it has the base platform to be easily upgradable with BIG power etc.
The focus RS may be a great handler for FWD, but its still FWD.
Its just not the same
If they made it 4x4, i seriously would consider owning one in a years time or so with the intention of a MADevelopments upgrade.

Well, i've been to see it, and i've got to say it looks so much nicer in the flesh than it does in the pics.
It was filthy because the dealer was under strict instruction not to touch the car, and thankfully they stuck to their word. They were also really good in the fact that they had it tucked away in the corner of their premises and up on a ramp, so no one could get near it.
Here are the few pictures i managed to take.

bless baldy though, going over it with his hair dryer. must be a right giggle in the pub.
