done 53 on my initial test arms are killing me tho going to do the programme tho, i want to b able to do 100 press ups without rest!

23, 28, 23, 23, 33 (just, and I mean just).

That was fucking tough.

Got another 'initial test' to do next time. I reckon I can nail 35 if I really really push myself. Which is nearly double what I did at the start. And I was dead after those first 19.

the two issues I've got at the moment is...

A ) my right wrist was hurt recently (potentially fracturerd) and it took ages to heal... it still feels weak and when doing the pressups you can feel it straining / hear it clicking.

B ) I broke my middle finger / knuckle quite badly as a kid - had a big operation to put the bits back together and it's hurting when my hand is flat and all my weight is on it.

I'm persisting, but after the full sets my finger and wrist hurt more than anything else.

Just got around to week 2 day 3.

16,17,14,14,20.

There is definitely some improvement because after 2 weeks I can do more per set than I could overall before I started.

RE: My above prediction, I didn't take into account the fact it's just the test, nothing else.

So I start Week 5 in Column 3

I'm feeling this already. Typing is hard

I'm going to do 100 even if it kills me, and I will provide video evidence too.

impressive nath...

I should be doing my last of week 1 tonight already in column 3 tho.

just hoping this slowly solves my wrist issue... all the muscle wasted away in that right wrist as it has been in a cast and not moving for quite a while

My shoulders are really feeling the burn. I'm sure I've bulked up a bit.

I just did the initial test and got a feeble 13 . Although i have never been one for the gym or anything like that so i must admit i was happy with 13 lol.

has anyone done the 100 yet or got close if so what did yous start on and how long has it taken yous to get how many extra?

notice a few of yous seen to be getting good gains out it over a short time yet im just about to start week 3 and fair enough its not been really strict due to other training and work but i can only do an extra 10 over when i first started so instead of struggling to hit 50 im now struggling to hit 60 seems a lot of hasstle for 10 extra

Just done the initial test and got to 21, could have done a few more if I'd forced myself. Tomorrow is day 1.

Have those who started a couple of weeks ago noticed any physical gains?

I've dropped 2 days behind just managed 20,25,15,15, 30 with 90 secs rest inbetween.
I'd not trained my upper body in any form for ages, feel better for doing these, started doing a few curls on the days inbetween too but i've out grown the weights I have in my room.

Did 19 on my initial test a couple of weeks ago

So its 10, 12, 7, 7, max to ster, will see how i get on

EDIR : - 10, 12, 7, 7, and a max of 15, fucking killed at the end
