Do z20let pumps just flow more? Why does high pressure oil blow turbos?

yeah the zlet pumps flow 30% more than standard but standard pump will do the job fine tbh, i just wanted peace of mind really

i think high oil pressure can damage the bearings in the bigger ball bearing turbos and they need restictors to slow the oil flow to them but not entirely sure on this

Take it saying "360degree thrust bearing turbo" is just a complicated way of saying "ball bearing turbo"?
