I'm not really planning for more power, its more of a driveability thing. The turbo is capable of 360bhp, but as I am on standard internals I will be aiming for 250-260bhp.
This will be mounted up to a tubular manifold (starting this weekend) and will be running DTA management, so will have a low and high boost map

Yeah, they are very useable, helps having a Quaife ATB diff too! thing is, a turbo car should run leaner before the turbo spools, then as it does, richen up as the boost builds, this couldnt be controlled on the standard ecu so the car would bog down before the turbo spooled, then would kick you in the back once the excess fuel was suddenly burnt..
this will all soon change!
nah didnt do PVS, bored of Santa Pod - hoping to be at Trax, depends if the car is ready :/

Progress has started....
Made the car non turbo - standard ecu fitted, turbo wastegate opened and vac pipe blocked - drove the cars to Dave's, it actually drove surprisingly well....
JDT HQ
car on axle stands
before work started - bye bye smaller turbo :waves:
then, an hour or so later, a pile of bits...
turbo and manifold off:
also removed the rad fan - surprising how huge it is, will have a neat 1" deep slimline fan going in instead....
Will head down later today to get some more pics

oh look, a T3/ T4 came to join the party:
More to follow...
