tbh, lots of wannabe hard arses on here.
I'd go with Sethy, all my more personnal possessions are upstairs. So armed with whatever I had upstairs, i'd stand there preventing upstairs access.
Anything downstairs, PC's, TV;s etc can be taken. House insurance will cover it and i'd jsut get brand new newer kit, so no real biggy. Just materials.
As long as they don't take my peanut butter, they can take what they want from down there. Upstairs, well i've got the upper hand, and armed with a toothbrush, i'd defend it.
