On a serious note though, i agree with alan-g-w.
They didn't deserve to die for theft. Punishment should fit the crime.

If it was the first theft of a mars bar from a corner shop fair enough.
A well(almost) planned robbery though (and not the first one), death was the best thing for them.
They walk about on earth stealing valuable oxygen and giving nothing back, can't see a reason to allow them to live?

It's the floral tributes and the vandalism of the scrawled/sprayed names for these examples of vermin that really pissses me off.
As if the very fact of their very existance wasn't bad enough.
For some other scummers to rub that fact in the faces of passers by in such an obvious, graphic and semi permanent fashion is too much to tolerate.

If they didn't rob the shop, they wouldn't have been on the railiway line, and they wouldn't have died.
They made their own bad luck in this one.
So fuck 'em.

Well obviously.
But IMO they didn't deserve to be killed for their Crime.
Especially in this economic climate where money is tight and alot of people are on the take, trying to save a few £ where ever they can.
Not that i'm excusing the crime in anyway shape or form but they would have had buyers on every one of them coats in a matter of days.

I'm not saying they should've recieved the Death Penalty had they been caught. My point is they died because they were mid-crime. So fuck 'em.

They did ask for it though. I'm not sure at what point any of what they did seemed like a good idea.

because the economic climate is a bit fucked at the moment does that make it alright to steal off people who are doing ok, i wouldn't say they deserve to die but i wouldnt saythey have a right to live, if everyone had the views of criminals then we would all be fucked, infact we would still be living in caves because no one would of made things to steal coz there would be noting in the first place

The thing that amazes me is how they didn't move out the way of the train, fair enough you don't expect one at that times but as displayed it does happen, but you can hear them for miles especially if you are on the tracks?

exactly!
So they are hard up, great, but it doesnt mean they can steal off others and potentially fuck those over in this economic climate.
Fuck them, and good riddance.

If someone did that to me then they'd be better hit by a train than me getting my hands on them thats for sure.

You're looking at it differently than me. Of course they don't deserve to die, it's not the most serious of crimes you are correct. They way I look at it is that I want to prevent people stealing things and I also want people to get jobs and generally not be dole scroungers. And getting runover by a train actually satisfies to the last two very well. Harsh perhaps that they died for it but think of how many more people won't be burgled and how much dole money will be saved by them being dead. Loads

If they accidentally ram raided the shop then yeah, I've ever sympathy for them. Remind me - was it an accident?
