I have Brembos on mine and I cannot fault them. Mixed with Ferodo DS2500 pads it's an immense brake setup, far more braking than I need on a Zetec S lol. And thats with braided lines and Dot 5.1 Fluid too. Was out for 45 minutes solid at Brands with no fade whatsoever and was still just as sharp on the pedal throughout the whole time, I only came in because my tyres were melting!

of course he's going to tell people to buy AP if thats mainly what he deals in business wise, all about making money isnt it.

he runs brembo's on the escos, like i said andy gallagher ran them ALL this year through time attack, and the series he raced in up in scotland. never heard him have anything bad to say and the proof is in the pudding with that car, if they werent up to scratch they would of jsut been binned and replaced with something adequate.

I seem to remember it was the 1.8 Meriva that had 280s.

I've just looked on Autovaux which lists 260mm discs for 1.4 and 1.6 and 280mm but that just states for 'Meriva with 280mm discs' which is helpful
