EDIT: @ him deleting his posts.
I assume he realised he made himself look like a bit of a muppet and decided to do a U turn?

Just read through the comments left now and I feel bad about posting this up in the first place. Sorry about the bad comments RickyRocket. Is such a real nice example at the end of the day and I think most people are just jealous.

I think most people see beyond the fact that it looks nice, realise it's hardly original factory condition and that besides the low mileage, it's like any other modified Corsa.

Disagree. You can't even buy a tidy GSi now without waiting for one to come up, and you'll wait a long time to see one with that mileage.
Mine has had two resprays and by the time I've finished with it, it'll be on number three.
The first was done to take the texture out of the plastics, the second was done because it was stored outside by me and not used much and the bits that weren't rectified the first time came back and wanted addressing properly and the third will be done because the first and second ones weren't bare shell.
It'll be mint when I'm done and it'll stand me five figures. Being sensible, I actually should have found this car instead of faffing about with the one I ended up with.
Guess you need to be truly interested, and by that I mean financially willing, to uphold a bit of automotive history which is important to you.

Big question of course is whether that is a genuine car with genuine mileage, but that isn't for me to speculate on, I'm not about to buy it.
I would love to if it is, and if it was white I would be even closer to that point, and I can appreciate some people attempting to be amateur detective over the history while it's important. Guess I'm just optimistic.

Cars are for driving.
Ornaments and pictures are for sitting behind glass and looking at.

Not really a debate worth having, you'll never get complete agreement on it.
I don't have any pictures on my walls for example.
