Got to college at 9.00am and got it straight into the workshop, pulled it into the spray booth and got on with priming it.
This was just after baking it and removed the poly mask
Heres how it was when i got home
Then wet flatted it using p800

Cheers, yeah only have to pay for materials and have got paint left over from doing the bumpers, wings and bonnet.

Got it painted today eventually, imo it looks awesome, the paint blended into the existing paint on the boot and looks really good.
I need to flat and polish a small dirt nib out and fit the badge back onto the boot lock.
Will post pictures tomorrow as the cars filthy and covered in dust from the bodyshop.

haha, its quie easy at my college to get it done, just depends what cars are where sort of thing, i always get mine in while the other jobs are being prepped
Tomorow im going to fit my 60mm front springs and sort my sub wires out and velcro the sub to the boot carpet to stop in sliding around.

yeh i need to do that haha every time i go in my boots is moved to the other side of the car my car is a mess atm lol one dent left and should be ready to paint after i sorted my tiger seal problem out oh and do you have to pay for the paint at your college mines stopped stocking paint unless we either pay for it or they need it so im buying 5ltrs of ford moondust silver to do my whole car

Yh only need to pay for paint, can use all other stuff for free, we can mix it at college but ony solid colurs which is a shame cus mines mettalic.
