The itrim ones are awful? Is that the one with the display on it? because people say the normal one is better and I need one that goes to 0.5mm and haven't heard of any others that do this.

Yeah, the guard doesnt go over the edge of the blade, so when you go round your chin it can dig in and cut a deep mark in your stubble so it looks like a lawnmower went to work on you, or a spaz with a razor.
I think if you took the guard off mine so it was just the cutter that its about 0.5mm
