No there isnt a sign, but there is only allowed to be 1 pub (the pub that was day number 1 iirc in my 365) inside the "gates" (i.e. the section of the town that you can only access by crossing the trainline/the posh bit). A 55 woman was pulled over a while ago for driving without a license or insurance, she thought you only needed a driving license if you left Frinton She has lived there since a child and never had a license
