On a serious note....I know what you mean I went veggie for a month for a bet and its all down to the toxins you are not taking in etc etc

And you have to admit I was bouncing off the walls at Lauras! First time I've been on one like that for a long time!

This is a good recipe book for vegetarian/vegan meals.

Asda do some good vegetarian ready meals too, Tesco seem to have fuck all though (if you can't be arsed making meals from scratch).

Asda and Coop are pretty good at marking their toiletries and food for animal products.

M&S mark a lot of stuff too, including their alcohol.

the Tesco in Amersham has a barcode reader in the wine section that tells you if it's suitable.
