I like the 6 seater sit and go's actually, although I still play a lot of tourneys.

I only play 6 seater sit n gos. Find the 10 seaters toooooooo slow, though 6 seaters can be tedious sometime. I usually play a double or nothing alongside, it's jus a case of making sure you finish in the top 5.

How do the prizes work as im guessing you're not playing with thousands as in some of the screenshots, or are you?

The 6 seater sit and go's we're talking about range in buy in's from 60p to $1500, they're chips in play that you see. You start off with $1500. Top 2 players get paid 70%-30% of the buy ins.

ahaha i wish you pay a buy in fee (plus house fee), and your given a certain amount of chips, depending on the buy in fee (lower buy ins youll get 1500, higher buy ins youll get a higher amount of chips). 6 seaters i think the total buy in amount is split 70% to first, and 30% to second. 10 seaters are split 50%, 30% and 20%.

Although there's tournaments which pay out hundreds of thousands, tickets to be won to WSOP events and so on.

i usually go in 180 seater tournys, you buy in 7 dollars etc and then play for hours and generally win nothing, winner takes home a decent amount though!

Signed up to PKR and lost my $800 play monies in about 90 mins
Only won 1 hand and only got $25 for it.
Just had no luck tonight.

Seriously, play money is just pointless, the dynamics of the game just aren't the same unless something is actually at stake. You won't learn how to play poker properly unless you get some money involved.

You can also play using your PKR points, or play a few free rolls, you can still win stuff.

Even if its only a 4 dollar buy in, I guarentee your heart will pound when you get a good hand and a few people are calling your all in. Then your screen will be in tatters when you lose on the river to a shite hand after playing in the best you possibly could!

Don't though it's pointless, play in the free rolls and it will be a completely different game as there is actually something at stake. Check your tickets aswell as you should have 5 free tickets to some tourneys worth a decent amount of cash.
