They wont sell to City. Purely out of spite i think they would rather lose him for nothing.

Well, unless they offer £100m In which case more fool them. Plus why the hell would he even go to City? Saying that this is Rooney we are talking about

I just dont see why RM/Barca would want Rooney? Why do they need him? They have better strikers already and as i said before he has lost a lot of his marketability when he decided to bang some rough hooker while his wife was preggers Who wants that person representing their company?
