stock spring is 'ok' for about 11mm lift or so but it can soon get work hardened and break. stock caps are also known the split too, so i prefer to build my engines on this side of bullet proof rather than the other side so to speak. autosprint will give 11:1comp but im not 100% sure on what lift cam they will take i dont think there quite deep enough to run really large cams and still have the recommended 1.5mm minimum valve - piston clearance

bad news as i have bumped my dads vectra c when putting it on the drive thanks to that stupid snow that came down while i was at work i wish it would just piss off and paint the back bumper

i have been out and finnaly invested in some new disk and pads for the front as there a bit wobbly under breaking disks are worped i think so new ebc turbo grooved and drilled with some gm pads instead off yellow stuff there not the best for round town only good on the twistys pics up today some time

bit of a up date car is still in wales with all the sheep and bin out got a 80 quid calibra tax and tested it and swaped it for a landrover 300tdi so now have 2 cars great fun

finnaly got the car back was absolutly full of shit on out side the inside was covered in mud on the carpets and my door handle has stopped working too but any way i now have fitted my new rocker cover and my lights but the bay needs a good clean and has oil over my bodies i will get pics up tomoro when i have fitted my new brakes on the front
