Tbh I am of no help to you as I've only ever done one telephone interview in my life and that was for Topman.
I dont work directly with the part of Capita that is doing the recruiting so not too sure what they're going to ask I'm afraid 
Just be yourself and dont act crazy, coming across as outgoing (not that I'm saying your not ) could be helpful depending on what role it is as a couple are dealing with people etc.

I bought something online, it never showed up, seller put a claim in and sent me a new one, the original item showed up 6months later Royal mail wrote to me as part of the claim, said if we don't hear back from you in such and such time we will assume the claim void - what if my reply got lost in the post?

I saw the first one in 2007, it originally went straight to DVD, cinematic film had a different ending too, which was odd.
