I did pal but the running/maintenance costs have put me off. I have done the big bill thing with my Evo and surprisingly the Vxr so I'm just after something a bit more easier to live with now.

The amount of the same gearbox problems thats been on vxronline and AON is proof enough for me theres a BIG flaw somewhere.
Christina that used to come on here has had her corsa VXR fom new and its caused her nothing but problems as well so thats not exactly a shitter.
My astra had almost every problem that kano posted and had over £3k spent on it in repairs the last 7 months.

the grass aint always greener though mate, could buy another car and have exactly the same problems, i would be happier with a car knowing i had spent the money on it to have said problems resolved

I know what you mean though, once a car bites you in the wallet you just want rid as it pisses you off.

Although Ollie is a bit of a vauxhall nut, all forums are full of problems.
AON is full of the sort of people who turn their lights on when they go through a bridge to make it look like they have auto lights and people who think that 20k mile services are 'dangerous', I can guarantee that they don't have a clue about cars, even the ones who think they do, it's quite possible they can't use a clutch.
vxronline is full of similar twats, you've said yourself your car was abused and it was tuned.
Cliosport is full of people dying because cambelts haven't been changed, etc etc, every marque has them, doesn't mean it's true.

CLiosport is the worst tbh.
Belts is one thing, their official "fix" for an eml coming on if youhave a decat is to remove the downstream lambada and tape it to the underside of the car

VXRonline and AON is populated by dullards, honestly I have never ever read so much nonsensical bullshit in all my life.

You want to go on audi-sport. Properly clicky, I hate it. I don't post on there unless there is something specifically I can help with or want to know myself.
