tbh, the tesco carpark's never full anyway. It's rather large. Plus cars going to pod for other shows like fords etc usually meet up there too. They'll probably love all the business

At bugjam there were more Beetles and Campers at Tescos than Santa pod - mainly because they'd all broken down - We broke down on the Tesco petrol station, quick reset of the points, dump a load of fuel down the exhaust and ti sounded like the petrol station had exploded when it started back up

The show-pass field isn't a bad idea... if we do get their early good and have a few choices, where would everyone like to camp?
It appears that there is a maximum of 10/11 of us who can make it to Tesco between 1600 and 1630 at which point we'll depart for Santa Pod. For various reasons which Ian has pointed out to me, He would like the convoy numbers to be kept to a minimum so the 10/11 listed in this thread is about the maximum for this convoy in. If anyone else wants to arrange separate convoys at later times, please feel free to use this thread to make arrangements
If everyone in that list is happy with those arrangements, I'll leave it to Jonny (JibJob) and Dave (Pow) to choose the best camping spot for us. If we happen to be the first ones to arrive, we can then let other Ian and the other convoys know where we've managed to get set up.
Any objections?

I would guess each region will want to sort out convoys.
NWNW will contain me and Mike B and will be leaving Friday mid afternoon from Liverpool, exact details to be confirmed.
SW will have one led by scaron5188 - thread is here - http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthread.php?tid=603409
Other details to follow.

I know in the case of Me, Jonny and Pow, we've all got the day off work so were just planning on getting there earlier in the day to maybe grab a pub lunch somewhere and make a bit of a day of it - hence ending up there earlier on. We're in no way wanting to step on the toes of any of the official regional organisers who are sorting official convoys.
