I've been meaning to post in here for a while as I've just started doing some weights. I borrowed some dumbbells of my sisters little brother a couple of weeks ago, I've not done anything for years and I've been doing some basic shoulder, bicep, and tricep exercises and some push ups (for my pigeon chest).

My intention is to follow this sort of routine for a while, increasing reps (and eventually weights) as I go, 'training' 3 times a week. If I can stick to it, I will probably invest in some of my own weights and a basic bench.

I'm not following any sort of special diet, just literally doing this to try and get my upper body looking a bit less weedy for holiday at first. I am aiming for Jonny sized guns

I will probably have some questions as I go, I take it Jake is the man for advice?!
